Terms and conditions
The terms that apply when you use this website or buy from 1313 Market. Last updated: 15 August 2026.
1. About us
This website is operated by JKR International Group Ltd trading as 1313 Market (“we”, “us” and “our”). Our trading and dispatch address is 48 Alma Place, Strood, Rochester, Kent, ME2 2AE, United Kingdom. Contact enquiries@1313market.co.uk, for orders orders@1313market.co.uk, or +44 7886 261906.
These terms apply to consumers buying for private use. By ordering, you agree to them. Save a copy with your confirmation. Mandatory consumer rights prevail over any conflicting term.
2. Products and availability
We take reasonable care with descriptions. Images are illustrative and packaging or appearance may vary. Product, ingredient and allergen information can change: always read the supplied label and contact us before ordering if you have an allergy or dietary requirement.
Products are subject to availability and reasonable quantity or legal limits. If an item is unavailable, we may ask whether you accept a substitute. We will not charge more without agreement, and you may reject a substitute for an appropriate refund.
3. Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. An acknowledgement or payment authorisation is not acceptance. A contract forms when we send confirmation that we accepted the order.
Before dispatch we may reject or cancel because an item is unavailable, there is an obvious price or description error, payment fails, delivery is unavailable, fraud is suspected, or a legal restriction or purchase requirement applies. Any amount already taken for a cancelled item will be refunded.
4. Prices, payment and promotions
Prices are in pounds sterling and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. The total, delivery charge and discount are shown before ordering. Later price changes do not affect an accepted order, except an obvious error you could reasonably have recognised.
Payment is handled by the provider shown at checkout. You confirm authority to use the chosen method. Promotions may have separate eligibility, expiry, minimum-spend and exclusion rules and have no cash value.
5. Delivery
Our Delivery Information forms part of these terms. Risk passes when goods are delivered to you or your nominated recipient. Ownership passes when payment is received in full.
6. Cancellation and returns
Our Returns, Cancellations and Refunds Policy explains statutory cancellation rights and exceptions for rapidly perishable and unsealed hygiene-sensitive goods. It forms part of these terms and does not limit statutory rights.
7. Age-restricted goods
You must be at least 18 to order an age-restricted product. We and delivery partners may apply Challenge 25 and request valid photo ID. We may refuse handover and cancel the affected item if suitable proof is not produced.
8. Accounts, website use and intellectual property
Keep credentials confidential, provide accurate information and report suspected unauthorised use. You must not access the site without authority, introduce malicious code, scrape it excessively, disrupt it or use it unlawfully.
Website content, branding and design belong to us or our licensors. You may use the site for personal shopping but may not reproduce or commercially exploit it without permission.
9. Our responsibility
We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach or failure to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for unforeseeable loss, business loss from a consumer purchase, or delay outside our reasonable control where we take reasonable mitigating steps.
Nothing excludes liability where unlawful, including for death or injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or statutory rights relating to goods.
10. Privacy and general terms
See our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. We may amend terms for future orders; the version applying when we accept an order governs it.
If one provision is unlawful, the others continue. Delay enforcing a right is not a waiver. Only you and we may enforce the contract. English law applies. Proceedings may be brought in England and Wales, and residents of Scotland or Northern Ireland may also use their local courts. Contact us first so we can try to resolve a complaint.
